We sometimes get lost in all our busy-ness, building amazing stories in our heads of how busy we are, how we don't have time to do this or that. I was like that with my meditation practice. I convinced myself that I was meditating daily, but in truth, I sat down for 5 minutes, often fell asleep because I wasn't caring for myself and then told myself how great I was for meditating.
For ages, when I did meditate for any length of time, I would always get the message that I should be doing more (is it okay when God "shoulds" on us?). Thank you Universe, I finally made that commitment earlier this year, I really wanted to embed the habit in my body, so for 21 days I meditated every morning for 1 hour. Sometimes that hour would feel like 10 hours and other times like 10 minutes, but I did it. Since then I haven't looked back and I am fully in integrity with that Spiritual Practice.
Through this experience, I have come to know more deeply that we have the power in each and every NOW moment. If you think about it, there isn't any other moment but NOW. Tomorrow is always tomorrow and yesterday is always yesterday. "In a minute" is always there, and "later" never arrives. Now, this very minute, is the point where we are at choice. We can choose now what we think, what we say, how we react or respond to someone or something. We are always at choice and the point at which we make that choice is always now.

I was all ready to get an early night this evening, but God whispered in my ear that tonight was the time to start my blog, I now choose to write this and birth my thoughts into the world. I choose to send out unconditional love to you right now. I create a world of love and acceptance, releasing all old thoughts of judgement and separation.
In truth there is only one of us writing this and the same one reading it. We are all one and I give thanks to all the scientists working in the world in the various fields of Quantum science helping to rejoin science and spirituality and who give 'facts' that support the concept one Oneness.
